Our Fees
Our Fees are simple and are payable prior to any inspection being carried out.
Standard Inspection with issue of Certificate: $290
Reinspection Fee: $200
There are no additional charges.
We offer Free Pre Inspection Consultations with every booking.
Swimming Pool Compliance Inspections are required by law if you are selling or leasing your property that has a swimming pool. We will inspect your pool barrier to ensure it meets the relevant standards and legislation.
Not only is a Certificate of Compliance a legal requirement, it also gives you peace of mind that your loved ones are protected from accidentally entering the swimming pool area without supervision, which is what the standards and legislation have been designed for.
If it complies with the Standards and Legislation, we will issue a Certificate of Compliance within one business day.
If it is not compliant you will receive a Notice of Non Compliance with a report including photos, and recommended action required to make the barrier compliant. You will then have 6 weeks to make the necessary rectifications and the barrier will need to be re inspected in order to be issued with a Certificate of Compliance.
We can also organise and arrange any rectification works that may be needed taking the stress away from the home owner with this process.
